Small recording studio question? - really nice preamp

My friend and I have always been interested in such things, and he has a recording program, microphone, etc., and on his birthday, and learned to use and worked very well.

We talked about the university, perhaps after trying to start a recording studio, and then he told me yesterday that a local group, with friends asked if he could help them to register and have ordered him and HES will allow me to join her.

Then I got the idea after a job, maybe a little bit computer [microphones, cables, brackets, etc.], maybe we could get a license, and attempting to obtain a study on small-scale start to see and maybe rent a small place or something for them.
