What is the best laser printer with the lowest total cost of ownership? - best monochrome laser printer

I want a monochrome laser printer, a reasonble selling price (hopefully under $ 450) to fulfill. More importantly, however, the cost of procurement and how often you need to be replaced. Is there a printer you can add toner without replacing the battery and cartridges? I want a printer that is rated for a minimum of 15,000 pages per month. All comparisons and suggestions are welcome!
