Looking to buy a 12ft to 14ft fishing boat any suggestions? - fishing boat blueprints

Hello, I'm looking for a small boat of 12 meters to 14 meters from the fishing industry (preferably aluminum thats) some almost as cheap as a boat on it with an outboard motor 5 HP. I checked craigs list and a group of professionals, but not all, of the $ 1200 more if I get a boat without any suggestion of a good place to get one, or a boat is generally good. (Business).
