How long do I wait before asking my doctor about prednisone-related joint pain? - joint pain more condition_treatment

I was on prednisone for 9 days for an allergic reaction to an antibiotic. I still have three days to the lowest dose (10 mg). Today, I raised the nut pain in my hands, wrists and fingers. I am not exaggerating - Is this normal? Will it improve in one or two days, or should I now with my doctor? Everything I read about the joint pain on prolonged use of prednisone, not a short course, as I stand in respect.
