I have received what looks like a spam email advertising assorted pills but the senders email is mine, help ? - looks like spam or phish

This keeps happening to me and my computer for some time by a Trojan, which then gave rise to some infected Trojans. One consequence of this was only for a few days to complete my computer, my e-mail will be cleaned clearly been made to accommodate some of these nasty e-mails.

There is nothing I can do, however, this e-mail now in the system of "spam."

On this subject I have recently launched into life by the number of entries allowed (maximum of 500) in my report "as an option for spam in my inbox. In reviewing my database filtering, I noticed a clear trend in terms of Areas of spam I received (please note that this may not be the shippers, freight forwarders, but are there for you!) So I did.'ve all areas of the free e-mail service blocks, for example fsmail, Hotmail, msnmail, gmail ( and I dare say - Yahoo Mail!) and some others. Meine database of spam filtering is only a dozen records, and since my inbox is clean enough to show my grandmother and my PRUDISH aging aunt!

I believe that many conclusions from it!
